Esade was created in 1958 in response to the need to lead collective change in order to transform the business fabric and bring the country closer to the most advanced economies, always guided by a strong commitment to achieving social impact. Since then, our mission as an educational institution has been to accompany new generations of leaders by training them to act in a responsible, reflective, and committed way toward a fairer, more diverse, and egalitarian society.
