Regulatory Environment and Innovative Public Procurement
The City Council works to make public procurement more accessible to SMEs and freelancers. It offers guidance to join the RELI system and promotes the participation of the social economy. The Dynamic Purchasing System enables open, agile, and competitive bidding processes, incorporating sustainability and digitalization criteria. Training sessions are also provided to strengthen the technical capabilities of local businesses and municipal staff.
Who promotes the Innovation Alliance
The alliance is made up of local and regional public bodies, global innovation centers from different sectors, business associations, and universities and technology and science centers in the region.
