Jaume Vives, past President of Sant Cugat Empresarial and a professional with a long career linked to the healthcare sector, analyses the role of Sant Cugat as a city that, thanks to sustained public policies over time, has successfully attracted large companies and built a diverse and competitive economic fabric.

He highlights the municipality’s positioning as a benchmark in technology, pharmaceuticals and sustainability, as well as the work of Sant Cugat Empresarial, which brings together more than 200 companies and acts as a bridge between SMEs and multinational corporations.
